Letterman Jacket Packets are in the office. A representative will be here Nov. 13th at 9:00 am. The Gator Nation Booster Club will buy every varsity athlete a jacket even if they got one last year. You will receive a jacket, the letter F, 2 sport inserts, and leather sleeves. Student responsibility will be extras and all taxes.
There will be a rep on campus on 11/14 to give the accuplacer exam. If you are interested, sign up with Ms. Young

Arkansas Computer Science specialist visited Mrs. Keeney's classroom for an inhouse field trip in game development. Students were able to explore the game design process utilizing Unity. Mrs. Keeney teaches Game Development at Foreman High School. This type of course work, encourages students to explore design thinking concepts, problem solving skills and teamwork.

Students that drive you will NOT be allowed to park in the gym parking lot. Students may park in the new paved area by the pre-school.

The FCA is participating in a mission project this year and we would like to invite any clubs or individuals to join us if you would like to. We are collecting small toys, personal care items (no liquids), and school supplies for Operation Christmas Child. We have 19 shoeboxes to fill to send overseas. Please pick up a shoebox and a list in the library if you are interested in helping.

We are beyond proud of our amazing Gator Marching Band and their director, Mr. Michael Burer. These extremely dedicated and talented students traveled to Little Rock to compete in the state competition. They are coming home with a 2nd Place trophy!!!!

Several FHS students attended an ACT bootcamp today at the DeQueen Mena Service Cooperative. The bootcamp is designed to increase test taking strategies and scores.

Trunk or Treat has been moved to inside tonight. They will be set up inside the High School cafeteria. Parking is limited in front. But feel free to park near the preschool building. Parking in front of the gym is closed due to construction of the building.

Jostens will be on campus today at 8:00 am to pick up packets from seniors and juniors.

Trunk or Treat is tonight 5-7 pm in the cafeteria parking lot. If you are helping, stop by Mrs. Keeney’s classroom for setup and further instructions.
*FHS, our second Blood Drive is November 1st in the cafeteria. Sign-up sheets are beside Mrs. Samantha Smith’s room. Student’s 16 or older can give blood, if you are under age 18 you need a minor consent form signed by your parent, please ask Mrs. Smith for this form. If you got the form signed back in August, it is good for the whole year. Our goal is 15 units of blood, so please sign up!
