Juniors, Ms. Young emailed out a form pertaining to whether you want to take the ACT online or on paper. Please respond by tomorrow.

During Free Friday the JR class will be selling sweet tea and chips for $2

Senior Picture Retake Day is today starting at 8.

Coach Baker will meet today (12/9) during grit with any student NOT in athletics, who wants to play a spring sport or football next fall.

Attached is the semester test schedule for next week. Students will only come on Thursday, if they need to makeup a test from Tuesday or Wednesday. The list of student exemptions will be released this Wednesday.

Exemption Policy: No ISS or OSS.
Semester Grade: A - 4 Absences (any type of absence)

Location: Oscar Hamilton Elementary – Foreman School District

Oscar Hamilton Elementary is seeking a caring and dependable Special Education Paraprofessional to assist students with disabilities under the direction of a certified teacher. Duties include providing academic and behavioral support, assisting with IEP implementation, and helping maintain a positive learning environment.

Requirements: High school diploma (required); Arkansas paraprofessional certification preferred or willingness to obtain.

FHS Yearbook Presents: Daddy Daughter Dance!
Mark your calendars for February 12th from 6–8 PM in the FHS Cafeteria!

OHE is proud to have participated in the Arkansas Celebrates America250 State Ornament Project! The winning ornaments from across the state are currently on display in the Old Supreme Court Room at the Arkansas State Capitol. We are incredibly proud of our students for their creativity, hard work, and participation in this special project. A huge congratulations to our OHE student winner, Briley Currie! Your talent represents our school beautifully—way to go, Briley!

🏀Basketball Players of the of the month🏀 Hayden Easter & Katie Dodson In the first six games, Freshman Hayden Easter has averaged 24 points per game!! Katie Dodson has an average of 12 points per game as a sophomore and scored 19 points against Trinity Christian, earning the Win!!

FHS Senior AP Literature students in Mrs. Traci Smith’s class have been studying classic Greek tragedies, focusing on Oedipus Rex by Sophocles. For their final assignment, students created traditional-style Greek masks to represent the play’s main characters.

FHS 9th graders traveled to Little Rock to tour the Old Statehouse Museum and the Capitol. They learned about the building’s history and Arkansas’s role in the Civil War, then enjoyed lunch in the River Market District. The trip wrapped up with a tour of the beautifully decorated Capitol, including the vault and both legislative chambers. It was a great day of authentic, real-world learning for our Gators!
