CLUBS to get involved with
The mission of the Library Club is to promote reading through the school and community while enhancing student knowledge of the school library. Membership is open to grades 10-12 and the cost is $8.00.
Meetings are held on the 3rd Wednesday of each month during lunch. Calendar for scheduled meetings for school year 2013-14 follows:
Millions Words Club
The mission of the Million Words Club is to promote and foster a love for reading. The program is offered to all students in grades 7-12 free of charge. Students take quizzes over books they have read using our reading program and various rewards are built in every nine weeks. The goal is to read at least 250,000 words per nine weeks with a total of 1,000,000 words for the final goal. Students earning 1,000,000 words are rewarded with an end of year field trip and recognized by our administration and school board. Deadlines and Reward Days for school year 2013-14 follows:

Congratulations 2013 First 9 Weeks Million Words Club:
30 students earned the first reward for the Million Words Club. They celebrated in the library with a pizza party.
